| We contacted Ann Watters two years ago and told her we were planning on moving to Texas but that it would be a few years before we were ready. She did not neglect us because we might not go through with this or that maybe we weren’t serious. She treated us with excellent customer service and stayed in touch with us even though we lived in Hawaii at the time. She sent us current listings almost every week. When we came for a visit she treated us like special guests. She never tired of driving us around and showing us properties. We found the property we wanted soon after Ann began showing us around. During the long loan approval process she did everything to assist the closure by speaking with the lender and the title company reps. Ann is very knowledgeable about the real estate business and it helped when we had to go back to Hawaii and she continued to work on our behalf. I can’t tell you how much her professionalism and customer service paid off for us. We will definitely use Ann’s services in the future as well.
